full budget means it covers everything at the border. not just fencing/wall, it includes boots, cameras, drones, operations, etc

One of my pro-Trump friends noticed that $2.7B for the wall..he says it’s not enough lol. But I think this is the “down payment” we’re been hearing abaout.

Includes all of that? Trump wanted 18b for the fencing/wall alone and 2b for the other stuff.
