He's not gonna mention dreamers since this is only a stopgap. This happened today because of pressure from probably GOP donors due to FAA grounding flights that potentially can halt a lot of international business, as well as taking the spotlight away from Roger Stone's arrest, and this gives him his SOTU as well. But it is a good sign, since he pretty much folded while saying he won't give up on the wall. This gives some relieve for federal workers for 3 weeks at least, and him folding is a good sign, unless Miller fucks shit up for us AGAIN.

I really think it is more about Roger Stone's arrest than the FAA grounding flights... I believe Mueller has been waiting for the government to open back to make an even bigger move. Let's see what happens next week.
