Did anyone else's RFE notice take so long to arrive?

Sister's case updated on Dec 15 with the RFE notice. It's almost going to be 2 weeks and she still hasn't received the letter.

Did your sister use an attorney? Ive heard some people say the RFE gets sent to the attorney's office instead of them receiving it.

I filed her application for her. I called the hotline today and was told that because of the holidays, USPS takes longer to deliver mail, that if we didn't get the notice by the end of this month, to give them a call back.

i think you are the only one waiting. every body seems approved for that date. do you have any criminal record or lack of evidence
