It's been 27 days since my lawyer mailed out my sister's RFE response and yet her case status hasn't changed at all. It doesn't even say they received it or not...So we called USCIS today and the rep says they do not know whether they received the response or not and told us to wait 60 days... I'm going to resend the response again this week just to make sure...

please dont burn me if this is not the first time seeing the question..

they received my RFE package on 11/26 and still nothing... my case status still hasnt changed either. it was picked up by SCOSS in Vermont.

help? :/

I got a RFE text 12/12. I asked my lawyer if he could contact me as soon as he got the letter so i could get him whatever they were asking for. on 12/26 i get a text that my case is updated. They received my response to the RFE. I glad my lawyer mailed whatever it was that they needed but to this date i have no idea what they asked for. I've called/texted and emailed my lawyer and for some reason he never gives me a response. Its so frustrating. I want to know! It obviously is something that i had given him as evidence and he just simply choose not to mail it with my application. Now the waiting game begins...AGAIN!!!!
