They finally received my sister's RFE response and updated the status yesterday. Hopefully she will get approved by end of January..

I finally know what the RFE was for. There was confusion with my name. I got married and wanted my EAD to have my new name. Well my lawyer didn't think to send my marriage certificate as proof for my name change!!!!!!!!!! So he mailed that. He didn't even contact me or anything. I had to blow up his phone and email him numerous times to find out what they were wanting and what he sent. Very frustrating!

Sister's RFE letter still isn't here, 19 days later. These damn idiots did something wrong or USPS lost the letter. I called yesterday to put in a service request so they can resend the letter.

I contacted uscis bc i havent received my rfe letter and they are going to resend it .
