What are the implications of a delayed shutdown vote etc? If the deadline gets extended an extra few days and such

They would fund the government for another 3 or 5 days and work out an agreement on DACA, spending bill.

They will keep the government open for a few more days to allow them to hammer out a deal

Still don't understand why they can't just pick the USA Act or the Bipartisan Dream Act to a vote or attach it to the CR. What other details do they need to hash out, assuming they're not trying to throw in CHIP et al into the mix?

Does anyone honestly think this will be the impetus that drives actual results in passing something even close to the Dream Act or Comp. Reform (which I think is definitely harder to do, 11 Million ppl)?
Best case scenario I can see how maybe some DACA resolution via Congress or Trump's signature but idk..... CR or DA seems too good to be true!
