i called like 2 weeks ago and said they were gonna put out a notice but then i got a email saying wait the 30 days its been more than 30 days now

Ok, I'm pretty frustrated at this point. My i-821d was RFE'd back in late September. They received my reply to their Request for Evidence back on October 10th. Since then, nothing. No updates to my case and still the same message that my case in being processed at the Vermont Service Center.

Is anyone in a similar situation? I have tried calling them and explaining to them that my RFE has been pending beyond the 60 in which I should expect to hear a reply. As stated on their very own website. I managed to get an officer to issue a Service Request but he did it for the i-765 and not the i-821d. When I call NO ONE helps me. Also, I am seeing that other petitions that were RFE'd in December are already approved. Did they lose my petition? Anyone else going through this nightmare?

Does your status say that your RFE has been mailed out on BLANK date?

The RFE was issued on September 26th. I replied right away, had some issues with FedEx (damn them) and they received my new evidence on October 10, 2012. Since then "it has been processing at the Vermont Service Center. When I call no one helps me. I've spoken to Tier 2 Customer Service reps and they are incredibly rude and in fact don't care at all.

Hey don't loose hope, I feel ur pain. I also have been waiting long pass my 60 days since I replied 2 the RFE. I called and the Service Rep told me its still with in the 4 to 6 month waiting time and there nothing I can do but wait until 6 month then call back. Hopefully approval is right around the corner.

This is a completely frustrating process. These officers are playing with our futures. We paid them just like everyone else and yet they feel it's ok to jump around and not give us any kind of update. Especially since others have had their RFEs approved within 2 weeks and their RFEs were issued months after they received my evidence. Very frustrated but won't lose hope.
