has anyone had a criminal record and got a RFE requesting a court paper and got approved in California service center? I got a RFE for requesting court documents and More evidence from 2007 to 2012

the few past day when tru everthing again and some says i can used photos too. so thats why i did. found little stuff.

i found i few photos for each year but most dont have the dates on them. can i still used them?

If you have a Facebook account you can send screenshots from your profile(pictures,posts or check-ins). My RFE was for proof of being here June 15th 2012. The only proof I sent for 2007 - 2012 was my high school diploma and tax returns my mother filed(Im listed as a dependant). Just be hopeful that the officer handling your case has the understanding that many dreamers stay hidden for fear of deportation. I sent screenshots of check-ins, posts and photos. Facebook's timeline feature is a blessing in disguise. The photos I sent was taken with a friend, I sent in an affidavit from her. The affidavit included how long we knew each other and what we did that day.
I thought for sure they were gonna ask for more evidence of me being here from June 2007 til 2012. Luckily they only asked for June 15th of 2012.

I started buy stuff on ebay and rcgroups.com.(an all rc related stuff website, also you can buy n sell stuff.) all transaction were done tru paypal. and i still have all the invoices n receipts with name and address and dates on it from late 2007 to 2012. Um not sure, if someone in this thread did the same thing and got approved then they can answer this better than I can. The name and address of the purchases made were under your mother's name too?

yes I called and they said they cant do a service update yet, even though its pass the 60 days they stated smh. Vermont.. and my rfe was for proof of being her june 15th. I only had proof for dates a little after or before june 15th, I hope I dont get denied or another rfe :(

Woow, I hope you do. Your RFE wasn't for much. Also keep in mind Vermont handles the most cases out of the 4 SC. There are hundreds of thousands of people with cases in this country. Just be a bit more patient. I know this has been said a lot, but distract your self, you'll get approved when you least expect it. Good luck.
