I just saw something real...odd... just now on change.org. (6:52 PM pacific time)

I was checking the rankings and everything looked normal. DREAM was physically in the tenth spot, but on the "top rated ideas" it said it was in 11th place, though its numbers put it squarely in 10th place...

Is it just a glitch?

yeah its been doing that glitch for a while it usually occurs when youre signed on

I think that is just the cache. You notices how slow was everything this afternoon? well, the cache is so that the page doesn't have to regenerate every time someone load the page, that would overload the servers. So the cache just re-generates the page every few minutes or whatever time they want, so that the pages just loads, without overloading the servers too much.
