Hey congrats on ur approval how long did u wait after sending the RFE ? Did you talk to level 2 officer? Which service center? I'm gone call them on Monday mine is past 2 month

but regardless there are people with criminal record and still got approved and there are people that ask for simple things and still waiting i don't get it

Original Evidence: I was Approved for Defeered action but got an RFE for the work permit.

RFE Notice Date: (01/15/13)
RFE Reason: They could not locate my worksheet
RFE Response: Lawyer resent my work sheet the same day he received the RFE
RFE Sent Date: (01/18/13)
RFE Delivered: (01/18/13)

Was approved for deferred action on January 13th. I'm going a but crazy thinking about this work permit. Does anyone have any idea how long it will take for the vermont processing center to approve my i765? Does it really take the 60 days? any one else in he same situation?
Please Help!!!!!

I was approved yesterday after being RFE. They recieved my response on 1/22 approved yesterday 1/25 pretty fast pretty happy. Card went into production same few hrs after "name updated" Nebraska center

did you get approved for either one? DACA or i765 or did you get RFE for both?

Guys please help me out. whats the average wait time to receive an rfe in the mail? Mine was mailed on Friday the 25, from Nebraska. When will I likely have it in the mail?
