Ohh !!!!! Just got confused because i thoughy I-821D pertained to DACA
And I-765 pertains to EAD....

You have to renew Both.
But you have to renew DACA 1st
and the EAD 2nd

Since TPS renewal requires people to submit i-821 and i-765, most likely we are going to have to send a variation of form i-821d in conjunction with i-765. Remember that with TPS programs only those who register the first time can renew their statuses, so forms might change to exclude unnecessary details previously used to qualify potential beneficiaries.

If you send a DACA/EAD renewal, your EAD will still be valid until they make a decision even if it's past the EAD expiration date.
