After 10 years I only have my I-94 I filed for green card about 9 years ago and my case is pending but I got this message 2 week ago any one knows whats mean this message ???

They sent me an RFE but it was on a white piece of paper, I read that they send it on a blue piece of paper. I think that's weird

Thank you and that's true, I applied 8/15 so the process has been kinda slow for me compared to some people who applied a month after me and got approved its ok though

Does it really take 60 days for the Response to be looked at??? I sent my RFE response, but online it says it will take up to 60 days to make a decision! Why?!?!?!?

It depends, the longest I've seen on here is about 5 weeks.. from Cali. I sent mine on the 30th of Oct, and I'm not looking forward to a response until maybe 2 more weeks.

received a letter for FRE for 2012 continuous residency, graduated in 2011, but went in person to get both if my transcripts from the two colleges i went to in june of 2012. dont have any bills or medical record due to my status, need help in proving i was here continuously in 2012. all i have is few money order receipts with dates on them from 5/12, 6/12, and 7/12. trying to gather much evidence as possible.ANYONE WHO RECEIVED A SAME FRE PLEASE POST HELP

also....i know this has been stated a few time but does anyone know if its a 75 day wait or 90 day wait until you can contact them? And is it counting from time of application submission or biometrics? And what number are we calling? Thanks.

Wait times are counted from the day of acceptance I think..... when you get your i-797

You would need to combine that with something. Think hard and search everywhere. There might some peice of evidence that you miss that can be used.

Look through your emails from that year. Has anyone or you ordered anything for you off the internet? its possible to call the companies for a copy of the reciept. I had to do that to get some evidence. I used affidavits but that alone may not work.

Yeah, the only other thing i have is the payment history subscription for a online game i used to play from 2004-2012 payments of $15 every month account name is to my name and my current address
