Why don't you make an appointment with a USCIS agent so they can tell you more in depth what is going on with your case..... Make the appointment for EAD inquiry. Some people have succesfully heard about how their case is going. Give it a try... it'll give you a peace of mind!

Put in an e-Request.

Tell them that the 60 day timeframe for the RFE response has long passed and you want to know why a decision on your case hasn't been made.

You cant do an equest on the 821D just yet, i guess she could do it on the 765 but we all know what theyre gonna say, the 90 days dont start 'till your DACA's approved.

That sucks. USCIS gives a 60 day time frame for a response on the RFE. If that time has passed you should be able to inquire about your case.
