Wait two weeks after your status changed online, then give them a call and request that they send another copy.

I waited about 10 days and then called them. The lady I talked to told me that there was nothing they can do until those two weeks are up. Just because you have been given an rfe doesn't mean that they sent it out that same day.

If you had a lawyer do your applications you will not receive the RFE notice. The Lawyer will.
However if you filed the applications yourself you will get it.

Finally got approved!!! Checked online earlier and it said my approval was mailed out yesterday. I am so happy in tears. After sending back my rfe in October im finally approved. For those still waiting keep faith and hope you will get throigh soon. I will keep u in my prayers

Congratulations!! Did you do anything in particular to get their attention? They received my RFE on October 10th and I am STILL waiting! Any advise would be extremely helpful!

Yes when i.called few times for the update they kept saying they cant do it because my 6 months of sending in my application didnt come yet. i was moving and called them on feb 4th to change my address and they did a service update then n said i would hear something back within 10 days

I had to change my address because i was moving and thats when they finally did a service update and said i would get a response back within 10 days. Goodluck and keep the faith you will get approved

Does it help at all to do a service request at all after they receive your rfe? How long should I wait?
