Someone on this forum sent their RFE in 3 months ago and apparently the service requests haven't helped. I think they got arrested for DUI though so maybe that's got something to do with it. Shrug.

I didn't get a lawyer. But someone did prepare it for me... O.o

i'm wondering if i should do a service request and change my address as well ummmmmm i wrote down my cousin address since i live in apartment.......i should change to my apartment address long as i get approve at this point i'm willing to do anything

Your case EAC1390010*** is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov. *Msg and Data Rates May Apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop text alerts.

Then he got two emails reading;
On February 14, 2013, we transferred this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

well did you check www.uscis.gov?
did you guys berly apply?
