Hey, thanks for the quick response, he actually sent his application on October 1st, and had biometrics done October 29th, that why I'm so surprised, what they waited 5 months to sent his package to a different center?

Not yet, her RFE was accepted on Jan. 29.

Prior to the RFE being delivered, I was in contact with the California Service Center and when the RFE was delivered they sent me an e-mail stating that we should receive a response within 30 days, so on March 2nd I will contact them to see what's up if she doesn't get approved.

I'm considering doing the same thing. Next week will be 6 months since they initially received my case. Among the things I've been told is that I need to wait 6 months before they can perform a proper Service Request. This is insane!

What i find weird is that my RFE was sent to me for my DACA form, not my i765 but when i look up the receipt number for the i765 it still says an RFE was mailed on December 19th which I never got. USCIS sent me an email about a month ago saying that no RFE was mailed out for my i765 that theres a mistake on the online status page.

How long does it usually take to relieve an RFE? My brothers RFE was mailed out on Tueday and we haven't received it yet. :/

sometimes it can take up to a week.
