Was it you that was paying the rent or your parents? If it was your parents I would not recommend it. It would be better if there was a rent contract that had your name included. What did you get RFE for?

it was my mom and i got rfe for insufficient evidence from 08-12 and at first i send a letter from the landlord but it said had to be supported by something

What did you originally send for those years. So those years are not covered by any type of schooling? or employment?

You will have to send more than a letter from at&t. You need to call them and get copies of your bills or payment receipts.

No doctors appointments
You did not go to any family gatherings where someone could have taken a picture of you?
No sports activities?
No other online accounts with your name?
You can also send 2 affidavits

my original evidence was h.s transcripts 04-08, landloard letter. 3 chuck e cheese pictures form 11 &12? facebook posts and myspace pictures with upload date from 08-10 but they say myspace is not considered evidence of presences...so all i got right now to send is itunes purchases that go back to dec 2010, my moms tax forms 08,09,11 resending facebook posts and 2 letters one from church and one from a neighbor pretty much it

As long as the itunes are under your name I think you can used them.

How about doctor or dental? If you go to church did you ever sign any of their books? Have you asked your friends if they have tagged you on any facebook post that has the location tag and date stamp on their page.

dental back in 08 probably. and i barely got the chicken pox last year so that was my only visist to the doctor..i have some pictures but without date stamp..and the church letter was basically cus i was in a 15

Try to get your medical record and dental record for those years. How about a paypal account, ebay account, or anything with your name.

I personally don't think is a good idea because you are not paying the rent and if just something that is basically written in one of those notebook kinda things they might not like it. You really need to search for stuff. Go back and think of where you were during that period of time and start asking people if they have pictures of you that are dated. Also you can send two affidavits. I think you mom's taxes are good if that is all you have. I have also heard of someone sending video game receipts.
