I personally don't think is a good idea because you are not paying the rent and if just something that is basically written in one of those notebook kinda things they might not like it. You really need to search for stuff. Go back and think of where you were during that period of time and start asking people if they have pictures of you that are dated. yeah im basically at the end of the line cus i threw away all of my old stuff thinking i wouldnt need it..

Two weeks and my brother still hasn't received the RFE letter. The waiting game is ridiculous at this point.

For anyone that has been on this thread for a while, do you know of cases in which people have waited this long to receive the letter??

Really? How long did you wait to call? And did they send the new one immediately after the call?

I got issued an RFE on Jan. 11th. I never received it but my lawyer did. Out of curiosity I called USCIS to ask why only my lawyer got it and they told me that the person who you listed as your legal representative usually gets it and not you unless you prepared the application yourself. I know someone who had their application done at a legal clinic and they never received their RFE. He had to call several times in order for them send it to his address. Did you prepare the application yourself?

I am planning on doing a Service Request tomorrow morning. Tomorrow marks 6 months since they received my petition. This is insane! I think they lost my RFE. Something is wrong.
