Last I hear is that McCain is still an "undecided vote"

SEN. JOHN MCCAIN 202-224-2235; 480-897-6289: Staff says he “hasn’t made a public statement” and “hasn’t made up his mind.” He talked a tough border security game to get re-elected, while promising DREAMERS activists he would “resolve their issues.”

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I kinda do think that all democrats will vote together to begin and close debate on the dream act. However, not all will vote for it but its ok because we only need 51 votes. Now, you ask why would they?? Well, last time all dems united knowing that DA was attached to DAB. so I too think ts possible to pass the DA!!

We need 60 to begin the debate.

It is BUSINESS AS USUAL, I just called McCain and asked "please support the DA, McCain is on record promising to work to resolve our issues, I urge him to work with our Democratic Leaders", C'mon guys call.

I'm pretty sure he didn't say all Dems will vote yay for the dream act. He said all Dems will vote to close debate. The odds of any democrat filibustering the bill with republicans are pretty slim.

^^^^^^^^ I don't have time to research the last "senate vote breakdown", but if memory serves me right, there were two Democrat Senators who voted NOT to proceed with DA, in otherwords 2 x Senate Democrats voted with Republicans.
