Exactly. Jeb doesn't even know what DACA is but does want to end it;

Here's what I see happening: he ends DACA, promising immigration reform. He puts out a ridiculous bill that the republican congress blocks. Jeb backs out and says "sorry guys I tried." Result=-1. Loss of DACA/DAPA.

If anything, DACA needs to stay, then once and if an immigration reform passes, transfer those who got DACA into the reform which would simplified it a lot. People can just pay the fee or w.e biometrics again and thats it.

Do you think if CIR or the DreamAct passes those with DACA will have to reapply? I do think they will have to reapply but I am wondering if it will require a forfeit of the DACA or if it's would be a customary app that required an exhobent fee.

Dude chances of the dream act or CIR passing are nil. Even with a majority democratic controlled congress they could not pass these. Dream act and CIR are dead on arrival in this congress, no matter how much rhetoric you hear from the politicians. Our only hope is DACA/PA IMHO.

DREAMER: Yes, but recently you said you were going to do away with that program, DACA.

BUSH: Exactly, and pass a law so there's permanence. What DACA does is it's only for two years, no more. The problem continues after that.
you see his solution is to end DACA and try to pass a law
