I believe the electorate actually panders to the elites who actually own the country. That's why it doesn't really matter what the pop vote is. Since those votes aren't the ones actually electing the president. By my theory, the elecorate votes will go to whoever will play the puppet for the elites behind the curtains, and I can tell you now, the elites don't really want us gone, but at the same time they're not prioritizing on legalizing us as well. That's why we've been in this loop for so damn long. They want a cheap low liability work force, and legalizing us goes against that. At the very least, this can buy us some time to find other ways to legalize ourselves, either being sponsored via employment, or marrying a USC.
