Have to say this once and for all. We have to rally round the big man Trump. This son of a gun might just pull through for us. I've been seeing his movements/behavior for the past couple days when he speaks to the press or on video in general. There is a unique sense of exhuberance/professionalism that I see which is COMPLETELY different from the pre-election erratic/nasty rhetoric. I for one thing people on one aisle should start giving the other party some time at least and in this case it seems like Trump is the one who deserves some of that time. This is a sensitive dude. We don't want him snapping. That's just how it is. Every President is different. There's different risks involved. In terms of strategy, I think the Trump administration is dead set and has one in place. There are operational risks because as we all know Trump can be unpredictable in his words. Lets pray and hope for POTENTIAL legal status and relief!

You need 60 votes for cloture. Neither party has that. Democrats will have to cave this time and compromise. They have no choice.

If this is true, I hope he doesn't change the age cap to 25 or something or else a lot of us will be screwed.

That is a worry but I really don't think anyone who is under the current DACA will be excluded. That just makes zero sense and as the man would say would be a total disaster. He's going to come up with something which is going to be "just beautiful."

He might as well just keep DACA or he can just sign the executive order again and put his name on it: Trump's DACA.

This is exactly what is going on. The man has thin skin! He can't take anyone taking credit or saying anything against him. This is what I mean by operational risk being high in this administration. He simply wants to slighlty change some of Obama's policies and take credit for them. Look at ACA for example. He supports pretty much most of the provisions of it and yet tells everyone he will "repeal and replace." LMFAO. I'm loving every second of this. I keep saying in this election, I don't know if the winners are the losers but the losers are definitely the winners!

Doubt he will change the age cap. I'm 24 but I know more than half the dreamers won't qualify.
This will look very inhuman and that is what he's trying to spare. I think it'll be strict in terms of "criminality." That's the only way they'll get a pass from the media and the general public. We are weeding out the "criminals" amongst the dreamers. I know we qualified for DACA even tho some of us had previous misdemeanors of driving without a license. I think their looking into doing that sadly. Just a way for them to extend the benefits to less ppl under the guise of "criminals" it'll be a win win situation for both sides :/

This will have Bannon and Sessions attempting to strip as many dreamers from possible.


It might be DACA without an EAD for example.
