Called this over a YEAR AGO. DACA remains untouched with higher chances for SOME SORT of LAW passing under Trump. What's good now fellas?! DACA recipients have been and will continue to be the safest group of undocumented. Actually I'm going to take this further and say our parents are also going to be just fine!!

Well one agent said they are planning on "honoring" DACA. This memo grants them a lot more power now, where you basically have no due process anymore, so I wouldn't call this a victory. In the end, it's all up to the officer that you encounter.

Just as before..

If you are law abiding even if you are detained for some reason you will receive due process and released.

Agents stops you checks your daca on the spot checks to see if you have any criminal
Records and if not releases you. But if you mess up then daca won't save you. We all stay clear kg tattoos and gangs and weed
