Or that he changed his mind from what he had said to end Daca when was was running from president.

What he is saying is that the decision will get delayed. He is creating the air of mystery, an old tactic. Deep down he wants to keep DACA, but he knows he can use us as bargaining chips. I personally think DACA will stay, and if it doesn't, then congress will act unilaterally. They might throw in pathway to citizenship!

The states suing don't have to listen. He can though ask the justice dept to defend it. Then they'd have to officially come out as saying the WH supports DACA.

If you told me a year ago that Trump would be the most likely person to defend DACA, I would've called you crazy. But yet here we are. Some timeline we living in huh.
