Congress has 6 more days to pass the Dream Act before they pack up and head home for the holidays.

Get. It. Done. Now. #DreamActNow

The Senate Dems will have to make it happen by the 22. HuffPost needs to do a piece on progressive groups, including Erika Andiola and her activism.

Though I may not have agreed with her on everything, I respect Erika and everything she has done. She has the guts to do what even many "advocates" refuse to do.

I will tell you from experience that I am not surprised that she is being targeted by the govnmt hecause she is the organizer. Happened to me. I wrote to the White House (under Obama) and called them out on their crimminalization of immigrant communities and described what happened to me in my immigration case. Three days later, I got a notice to meet with immigration officials to 'review my case'. When we met, I was treated like a criminal, sent to nwdc, and nearly deported. The attorney I retained told my family it was because of the letters I had written. I don't have anything negative in my background other than lack of status, but even with Daca, you don't have status. We need the Dream Act now.

It was traumatizing. Moreover, 'advocates' with status do not risk anything. There is no risk to them. Think twice before giving your money to orgs whose only existence is based on your need for legalization.
You won't see Women's March or Planned Parenthood asking for 'donations'; supporting them with votes and voice it's what makes the difference.

Erika deserves all the support and help that we can give, starting with other dreamers themselves.

^ She's not being targeted. She was arrested to raise attention for Dream Act

Guys at this point I feel that we are forgotten. I don't think no bill or law will pass for us.
