Honestly guys it does worry me that a permenant solution might not happen but we still don’t know that and also we have to be thankful we’re not going to lose our jobs and our temporary protection thanks to this judge let’s look at the glass half full instead of half empty .
It is a empty glass for the aged out dreamers and the younger dreamers but still better than nothing.

Don’t lose hope guys I still think something permanent is going to happen I think this judge just gave them some time to negotiate everything properly instead of rushing bills like they have and getting nowhere . Trust in the universe we’ll be ok.

correct me if i'm wrong, but this deals with how DACA was ended. It'll be re-instated until they litigate the case to see if it was ended improperly. at the end of the day, trump will still be able to end it, but through the appropriate procedures.

That's probably what's going to happen, and by the time it does the momentum for permanent relief will be gone and we'll end up with nothing.

The way I see it, assholes use this to say now there's more time to come up with a great solution, the 19th passes, leverage is gone along with the sense of urgency and then this ruling is struck down and we end up with no protection.

Someone please tell me I'm wrong.

No, you are right. So don't accept it. You have the opportunity for permanent relief in front of us and a political lawsuit should take the focus away.

If we don't get a deal now, I don't see how we can get a deal later on. It's not like the congress don't have time to negotiate. It has been months, everything is on the table and both sides know what they want in a deal. It all comes down to agreeing on something. If Dream Act/DACA fix don't get pass this month. Dream Act will become the next CIR, impossible to pass.
