With Rounds and Gardner on board, if every Senate R who backed the 2013 immigration bill also backs the Durbin/Graham bill, plus every D, it'd have *62* votes.

Rubio is a flip flopper coward so probably 61.

Senator Shaheen from NH!! I will vote no on the House CR. This is no way to run a government. Time to keep our promises. Congress must fund a response to the opioid epidemic, children’s health care, community health centers, end the defense sequester & fix DACA. These short-term bills hurt our country.
