If the white house doesn't support the bill we will never get to 218 votes. We only have one chance at this and they are wasting their time presenting a bill that they know it won't have the votes to pass.

They should of use the white house framework, but making only dreamers not able to sponsor their parents (just the nuclear family). The parents could still be sponsored by any other USC children or when they do CIR.
