You couldn't be more wrong about this... They shut it down to show that they can stand up to Trump. They knew it would accomplish nothing it was just a statement that they can shut the gov down. nothing else.

Also I just noticed... damn we're in the middle of every fucking conversation, me being a dreamer, I never heard about "Dreamers" before I got DACA.. amazing. Now everyone knows who we are, which is really good.

Once Trump passes relief for dreamers, Hispanics will start to question the Democratic party.

Have any of of you turned on Univision recently? You cant go 10 minutes without hearing about how Republicans are threatning to deport everybody.
