That's exactly what they're doing.

If you transport someone with no papers, then the other you automatically become a smuggler.

Yea yea.. there it is.. the moment you hear them accusing us, we're all quick to call them stupid and say get em out. But nobody hears from their side, nobody gets any details, nobody fights for them.

Whats stopping ICE from fabricating these "human smugglers"? Please tell me whats stopping an agency that doesnt even have to answer to the judicial system, from lying about all these cases?

Isnt it a little bizzare 3 fukin DREAMERS are "smugglers" in the same week. Without any details about the case? Wake up people.

Ha... dude where have you been the last year? DAP used to be full of compassionate people. WE were one of the 3 major websites that started the DREAM Act movement. But now its run by a bunch of sell outs that would give up their grandmas for a TPS.

Human trafficking is a crime, and I'm not denying it. Let justice do what it needs to be done.

But seeing people wishing them to be raped and stuff, while the majority of people here were smuggled in themselves, and their parents were just as guilty as the smugglers...

Every day I get amazed by some of the comments here.

It feels like they're just calling smuggling any suspected ride with undocumented.

This is a really good point! I haven't read the details of the DACA smuggling cases but what if they were just carpooling with undocumented family members and border patrol/ICE is making it seem like they were trying to smuggle undocumented people to damage our reputation? As someone in the forum already said, it is pretty bizarre that three cases have been reported in just one week. Something seems fishy here.....

So, just to be safe, does anybody here know whether we are indeed putting our status in jeopardy by carpooling with family members or friends that are undocumented?
