Yup, this sounds fair, no need to punish other immigrants by disallowing them from petitioning their parents.

Pretty sure, doesnt even address visa lottery. Shouldve included that.

Sen. Lindsey Graham's (R-S.C.) Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Lamar Alexander (Tenn.), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Mike Rounds (S.D.) Sens. Jeff Flake (Ariz.) and Cory Gardner (Colo.) Those are some of

Question, if we can't petition our parents what about our US citizen siblings? Its a round about way of getting them citizenship. Are our parents completely off limits?
