I want to believe it's a stunt and will never happen but then I never thought he'd be president either. If the Dems don't get the house back, this could be a huge distraction for the next 2 years.

Kavanagh is one vote. He is the only shill in SCOTUS. I doubt Gorsich and all the rest of the conservatives would uphold this. However, I don't think it is impossible just unlikely.
