I don't think the Democrats will agree to $25B again, but it's possible to agree on $5B and DACA.

If you recall, Schumer offered 25 billion for wall + DACA.

Then, someone that won the visa lottery drove a car into people and the visa lottery came under fire. After, it was "chain" migration.

It was the 4 pillars that killed the deal because it moved the goal post, which is what some people wanted. These days, the easiest to kill a bill is to add stuff to it.

Here is my solution. Fine each dreamer $5000 for a green card. If there are a million dreamers (aged out and not of age dreamers), that will cover his $5 Billion.
