My fear is Trump getting his wall by emergency decree, or whatever it's called, and consequently getting reelected and us DACAers getting gang raped by SCOTUS, DHS and everyone else involved.

Dems better play it smart.

The chances of him getting re-elected depends on the Democratic candidate. It does not depend on what he does. If they pick a lousy candidate like Clinton, then sure; he might have a chance of getting re-elected. However, with everything that happened during the last two years and still happening (government shutdown) I do not see him getting reelected at all. The Democratic turn out is going to be massive in 2020.

Democrats including Jayapal and progressives have a golden opportunity to begin the process of immigration reform by negotiating and passing the Dream Act, Congress-mandated enforcement piorities, and a refugee program for asylum and refugees in this budget.

Walls don't deport people, the system does. Time to get serious and stop wasting taxpayer $$ in lawsuits.

Usually, presidents don't want to break this record but ....
