NEW: President Trump has announced tariffs on all goods from Mexico starting June 10, over illegal border crossings and what he calls “Mexico’s passive cooperation in allowing this mass incursion.”

AMLO is well aware of the situation. And it is precisely the likes of such external factors and dependencies he's is trying to counter with by adding a new crude refinery and growing the economy accordingly.
