hes a clown.

By playing the SC card, he has backed himself in the corner. I think he just wants leverage for a deal but this leverage is coming extremely late on an election year. If Trump tries to extend DACA with EO after claiming "DACA is illegal", he'll be seen as a joke. The only hope is that Congress passes something fast and he can at least use a little of that leverage or SCOTUS pushes the issue past 2021.

Bullshit, DACA fees increased to fund DHS to remove us.

We are fucking fucked if United We Dream starts up bullshit to mess up a deal.

Yes, United We Dream has some questionable tactics and they need to be willing to compromise (as long as its a reasonable compromise)...but most of the blame is on Congress and Trump. It's not like Congress listens to the will of US Citizen voters...so why would UWD have that much sway?

Cause they influence on Pelosi and other democratic leads since they are the presumed group to "represent" us.

This is something I tell my USC friends all the time.

Anyone saying that the US gov listens to voters and works to help the average American citizen has to contend with a severe deficit of facts.

Dreamers aren't exclusive to any particular strong lobbying arm of any industry so there isn't a lot of political capital to be spent on us. We can't vote. We can't donate. UWD is small potatoes to many other organizations that have an agenda, good or bad.

If all dreamers were exxon mobil shareholders, board members, and fundraisers for the GOP, then we'd all be USC and even get a special tax break within 2 years. But we're not.

We were given 2 year spans of being allowed to work and not break any laws and pay taxes... and that is a bridge too far for many republicans. Don't expect any olive branches, less you mistake them for thorny vines because that's all the R's will offer.

Exactly - Republicans already think DACA is basically amnesty

No to fraud organization UWD AND motherfucker Steven Miller. They need to stay out of this. If they are involved we ain’t getting any fucking bill. Trump needs to coordinate directly with Dems.

Which will not happen. Look at what happened with the four pillar demand situation. If you think Trump is capable, why does he even have Miller in such a position of power?

Congress didn't even care about their own citizens when the government shut down for weeks. What makes you think they will get us out of this hellhole?

You seem to have the same timeline as me brotha. What are your plans gauging from how this shitshow turns out?
