After a bout w/ the flu , Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg back in the building today to participate in a regularly scheduled closed door conf where an initial vote on DACA likely to be taken. Last nite Justice Kavanaugh called her an inspiration :

Why do you always have to point out she’s a girl?

Why can’t you just say “hi fresh”

You’re seriously a creep

In any event, individuals with DACA will not immediately lose their status even if the court upholds Trump’s position. While the administration is seeking to end the program, those with DACA will likely be allowed to stay in that status until their DACA expires. DACA recipients would be smart to seek renewal or reinstatement of DACA status through the end of January 2021. By then, we may have a different President and a different Congress who will find a way to protect DACA recipients. Even President Trump says he supports a legislative solution for DACA-holders.

Anyone who thinks the senate will save DACA is fkn naive. Neither party will let the other take the credit for an IR, DA, or a modified version of DACA.

Dems won't let Republicans portrait themselves as the new latino super hero party having Trump in office.

Reps won't allow Democrats to pass any sort of relief via congress for the same reason. Just like the Obama era.

How's that BRIDGE Act looking right about now folks, watch what will happen. Supreme Court is going to shot down DACA, everybody is going to panic and they will just come to an agreement for like a one year legislative extension and attach it to the spending bill next year..
