I live in the San Juan area but will be moving towards the center of the island which is more of the country side and a whole lot cooler than the city. Finding a job is not an issue, there's plenty of jobs available, now finding a job that you like is something else. Once you find the job you like then the pay might be the other issue, PR jobs don't pay as much as back in the states but you can still pay your bills and have some fun, another option is to start your own business which the there's a law called Ley 135 that helps first time business owners. I didn't move to PR to strike it rich but just to experience the island life and so far I have no regrets!

Puerto Rico exists as a sort of Limbo land where the Constitution doesn't fully apply but everyone born there is a USC.

It's like what if Mexico was owned by the states, but not like the southwest.

You should be fine to fly if you bring your ead and dl.

Oh I see. Yeah my wife and I definitely live a simple life. So we wouldn’t mind the simple life. We both speak Spanish and I noticed a lot don’t speak English. I feel like they need more English personnel. I noticed some tourists struggling communicating at some shops. I personally love Caguas! I wish I could live there. It’s on the cooler side and feel like it’s not too hot.

Bilingual people are definitely needed in the island. Agua is a good option.

So I'm guessing all smooth sailing for you at TSA... =) Any issues, questions?

Nope. No questions. I did travel with a copy of my current DACA Approval but had no issues coming or going.

Did you get the chance to visit the island of Culebra and Flamenco Beach? Puerto Rico is an awesome place, glad to see you had the chance to go!

Some places are sporadic on enforcing Real ID. At my local USCIS, they are enforcing Real ID.

Technically, Real ID will be enforced next year Oct 2020.
