Puerto Rico exists as a sort of Limbo land where the Constitution doesn't fully apply but everyone born there is a USC.
It's like what if Mexico was owned by the states, but not like the southwest. You should be fine to fly if you bring your ead and dl. |

Some places are sporadic on enforcing Real ID. At my local USCIS, they are enforcing Real ID.
Technically, Real ID will be enforced next year Oct 2020. |
