i think 2face and few other filed themselves. I looked at the form and I don't see anything too difficult about it. Honestly, I personally feel safer filling it out myself.

Filed twice for myself and once for my sister. Its extremely straight forward. Its advisable to file yourself instead of getting an attorney, they are extremely expensive and many may mess it up. Its a very simple thing, just follow all instructions and provide adequate proof.

However, on a separate note, I would really think twice about leaving on AP any time soon. You never know when the country you go to goes on lockdown limiting availability of flights back. If you're not able to make it back by the date, it can become catastrophic. Not trying to scare you, just cautioning you. Wait a little bit as we get deep into Biden presidency as things change and hopefully AP becomes like how it used to before or even better.

Thank you so much for the info! As Biden will take over the reign next year, I'm just trying to plan ahead.

My sister is an attorney in New York specializing in immigration law. She likes to help out DACA folks(I'm one of them and her brother) and doesn't charge a lot. She said she can fill out AP for you for 350$. If you or anyone else need help with AP or DACA renewal you can send me private message. As I said she wont try to rape you like other lawyers.

Re: AP Question

Question for those guys who have used AP at least twice. I used AP back in 2015 to visit my grandfather who passed away; unfortunately, my dad is now having some serious health issues and I may need to go in a moments notice, so I want to apply for AP again.

For question 4a, in Part 3, Have you ever been issued a reentry permit or refuge travel document?
Is that a NO for us since reentry permits are for LPRs, right? or what did you put?

That's a no. You are correct.

Sorry to hear that, hope everything gets better.

I have been out on AP twice, in 2015 and 2016. The answer to that question would be NO.
