Same here! It's difficult to prove with documents, cause they have never let us create documents! (bank accounts, work documents, financial documents)

Even getting a phone requires an ID.

Will wait for more info.

Ouch! I hope you driving dreamers have been on your best behavior. I wonder if they will even find out.

Wouldn't all your past convicted misdemeanor show up when they do the mandatory background check? I don't see how they wouldn't find out

I know this sounds crazy, but I have been looking for any type of paper trail on me, and I have ordered from amazon every year since 2005. I always use my own name so should I print out the invoices as proof because they do have my name on it?

It couldn't hurt to have that paper work on hand. We have to wait and see but print it out because so many lawyers are saying for those that don't have a paper trail, you will have to get creative.

Yes,Biometrics will reveal all past issues with the law.It doesn't matter if it is sealed or the person was a juvenile when the incident happened either.

I was thinking... what if they do a backround chech and say that you have several convictions because a person with the same FIRST AND LAST name as you did those crimes. I have never been through a background check , but do they use your "second" last name such as "Fulano" PEREZ GARCIA along with your middle name?

The background check will probably be livescan, so the other person won't have the same fingerprints as you

Then every John Smith would be screwed during background checks
