@NancyPelosi
throwing DACA kids under the bus. She knows wall $ for DACA resolution is a deal
@realDonaldTrump
would make. But she cares more about becoming speaker than she does about DACA kids. Wake up Latinos - more lies and empty promises from Dems!

Also, Hilario Yanez, the dreamer who came out on fox and friends calling on Trump to make a daca-wall deal, will be writing an op-ed on the necessity of this DACA-wall deal. I read the draft; really good. Hopefully, it gets published soon.

Very good. The stage is set and latino votes are brought up. Now it matters for both sides as they try to get latino votes. Who wins the fight doesn't matter, DACA will get a permanent solution.

Oh, it's ready to be picked, but some morons in D.C. unfortunately are the ones who have the power to make that decision. Hopefully, we can help influence that the picking HAPPEN NOW.

The day that a report comes out that Donald Trump is doing solid with Latinos he mentions us. This can be a good thing if he pushes the Dems againts the wall by using our issue.

The Democrats have a huge opportunity to pass the Dream Act, restablish deportation priorities to protect long-term undocumented residents, crack down on immigration detention private prisons (go Pramila!), as soon as they return next week. Put it all on the table.

Oh, and before ppl complain about the billions in exchange for immigration reform, the 2013 bill allocated $25 BILLION!!!
All Dems signed it.

Democrats ultimate goal is to boot Trump out of office in 2020 even if it means throwing under the bus smaller objectives such as a permanent DACA fix.

So don't expect any solution to be put in place for our situation during the following next 2 years.

Praying I'm wrong.

Regardless of your thoughts on TPS, what we're not going to do is refer to the program in a derogatory manner. Our issue is not with anyone who benefits from TPS, but from the lack of action by both parties to alleviate the immigration issues facing DREAMers.

u really think some of the “Dreamers” here care about other ppl? i believe TPS is a separate issue from us but not to the point we shit and demean other people with the same struggle.

i dont blame em tho, these Dreamers are frustrated af.

all these immigration issues can be solved if they bring up the 2013 comprehensive immigration reform that the senate passed.

but that makes too much sense. lol

I don't fight other people's war, just like Americans should stop fighting wars everywhere. We dreamers have our own battle to fight.
I don't fight for H1B, F1, E5 reform. I don't fight for better or worse chain migration.

It's a realistic attitude.

Also, calling TPS a minefield issue is not condescending. It's a reality. Adding another pillar to the resolution is like trying to catch two grenades at the same damn time.

i completely agree w u that the dreamer issue is the fight of our lives.

i believe that TPS, aged out dreamers and other groups are separate issues but there comes a point that we can leave it at that. some people here shit on and degrade other ppl bcuz they cant get theirs is different. e.g calling them free loaders, they been here long enough, just get married. etc

There's a difference between saying TPS needs to fight their own battle and demeaning their situation which has similarities to our own. All of us including TPS, aged out DREAMers, etc are in this situation because Congress has refused to touch the issue of immigration, and those are the people that are really responsible.

Everyone needs to fight their own battle. Fighting for TPS, Aged out Dreamers, Daca, etc is not going to go anywhere. The only way to adjust is through marriage or other means. Fighting for these issues is a waste of time.

the final solution for DACA is simple - codify DACA into law, remove the 5-10 bar for us, and all our illegal worries disappear. No need for a firm timeline of an instant or gradual green cards. That is inevitable.

Can someone challenge me on this?

Re: the @jaketapper tweet on DACA-Wall-TPS deal--I don't have a problem with TPS. The problem is that the legislators who are supposed to do the fighting in D.C. are weak as hell and will fail in trying to push for such deal.

If for some miracle TPS is agreed upon by Trump along with a DACA deal the Democrats will move the goal post and would want to add DAPA as well.
