This 60-month period will be extended indefinitely under the pretense of sagging economy and protection of American jobs. Biden will take over (wishful thinking here) and do away with it. Red states will sue and courts will issue injunction. The case will ultimately end at SCOTUS who will rule in their favor and officially making it law of the land.

I don’t think there’s ever been a case of a president being unable to cancel an executive order at will.

Remember - DACA was NOT an executive order, but agency policy making by the attorney general.
