If you put zero expenses, you should explain on part 3 that, (this is a sample of a brief hardship letter)

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am a full time student who lives at home and it would be very helpful to be able to get a job that would pay at least the minimum wage to be able to help with household expenses, college expenses, personal expenses, ect.

Thank you fo your consideration,

Are you guys including it in the I-765 (app for employment authorization). Different attorneys have different opinions! :?

On the workshop they put N/A where ever on what ever form the SS is asked. they want real social security numbers that were issued by SS administration office

N/A was also put on where ever on what ever form ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER is asked unless you have a real one.

1. Application #I-821D
2. Pg. 2
3. Question # 5
Question. U.S. Social Security Number (if any)

My question:
So after reading the posts here, it is recommended to leave it blank if your social security number is fake, and only put it if it has been issued by the Social Security Administration. I have a social security that has been issued by the Social Security Administration, and I am planning on putting it. The problem is that the card says "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT" and I have used it for work.

Will this affect my process? Does anybody else is in a similar situation as me, and that has sent the package already and been approved for the biometrics?

Any information would help. Thank you for contributing to this thread, it is very helpful.

Hi everyone. Another question.

My lawyer is strongly recommending that I send copies of all the pages in my passport. It's got 32 pages and 30 are blank. She says I should send it to prove that I never left. I don't see the point since, to me, it doesn't really prove anything.

Is anyone else's lawyer recommending this?

I am an attorney, and I wouldn't send more than just the bio page from the passport. The US does not stamp a passport upon departure, and the absence of stamps would not prove a lack of departure. If you arrived with a visa and still have your I-94 that would be more compelling evidence than the blank pages. However I suppose it would fall under the category of "I suppose it won't do any harm" to send them.

I will try to answer questions here form time to time, but for any specific legal questions, anyone is welcome to message me on my Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/katychavezdreamers

On I-765, for the sake of consistency if I used my PO Box address will this be an issue?

I am using my PO Box address as my main mailing address on I-821D.
