So text saying my case was updated and when hecked online it came up "On April 5 we mailed you a request..."
But it already said that on April 3? Is this a normal glitch or are they sending me 2 requests?!? :o

Or text is usually the actual one. The one where
They actually send it to u. So dont worry

So I FINALLY sent back my rfe docs today. The only thing I was able to get in reference to the middle school is an email from the high school Principal, attesting that I attended the middle school prior to coming to the high school. Hopefully that Os acceptable. I also explained, briefly, the whole dilema in the cover letter I sent along with my docs.

Now the praying and faith continues as I wait for a decision. I really did not expect this process to be so long and complicated.

Exact same thing happened to me. I received a text on the third and today regarding the RFE letter they sent. The first one must be a glitch. I'll give it a couple days before I call. Did you file through a lawyer btw?

I called and they said it could take up to 15 days before it comes in the mail I really hope its not that long!

Yeah it sucks I thought they mailed the damn thing already just more time to wait -.-
Filed it myself but had a lawyer oversee it

Usps tracking # says uscis got my rfe documents today, will I get a text? Will status indicate they got it?

App transferred a month ago... Just received a RFE email today. Hope it doesn't take long to arrive and then process.

Is there any way to know what evidence they need before getting the letter in the mail? Email just says the letter is coming.

Also, how long has everyone's avg. time to receive letter after email notice? And RFE response after submitting?

Sorry for all the questions. Just really trying to gauge timeline. Really hoping I'm in the home stretch here for approval.

Sent my rfe response yesterday. How long after they get it do they usually make a decision, of anyone knows?

24th of this month will make 7 months that I've been going through this process. Good God.
