Hey guys,
So question I have been working for a year and have been getting paid (cash) under the table which means I haven't done taxes this year. When filling out my the employment app it asks for income should I include that in my income and explain in the explanation area?
Thank you for any responses

Are you guys including it in the I-765 (app for employment authorization). Different attorneys have different opinions! :?

No fakes are to put in the forms. You put N/A if you did not have one issued to you by the social security administration

Since you were in school in the first quarter, of the year 07, you can get the school transcripsts, your diploma's date should count for the second quarter and you will need something for the third quarter and something for the fourth quarter

January, February, March = first quarter
April, May, June = second quarter
July, August, September = third quarter
October, November, December = fourth quarter

You can show Doctor visits, drug test, vaccination record, rent receipt, orientation, church involment, volunteer history, job, bills you payed in person, tickets with name and dates, western union, season pass to an amusement park might be trackable an printed for the dates you showed, anything that shows your name with date of your presence in this country, think, think, think....

You do need to put that as income
You don't need to explain it but you do need to explain (this is only an example to start with. You may edit to apply it to you)

I am currently working full time to pay for my living expenses but I am at high risk of loosing my Job Because I don't have Authorization to work In the USA. I am applying for work authorization to be able to keep my job or get a job that pays fair to be able to pay for Higher level of Education.

No, just you and make sure you fill out the form in capital letters in black ink and signatures with blue ink

Not At the work shops I have been to and is not on the uscis checklist but they will get your fingerprints on your appointment

One of my friends said to send everything I can find from school awards to College receipts & to include an index with everything numbered so that ICE can identify where everything is with ease. What do you guys think?

Proof from June 15 2007 to June 15 2012

Meaning one or two things for each quarter in chronological order for all five years and all copies should be printed on letter size. Label your name and date on each paper of evidence.

January, February, March = first quarter
April, May, June = second quarter
July, August, September = third quarter
October, November, December = fourth quarter

The rest of the 6 questions are more specific.

If you have school ID's from elementary through high school and college, try to put them all together in one color copy and put these next to your identity papers.
