I also got an RFE for 2007. I started school in Fall of 2008, for early 2008 all I sent were medical records and they accepted them.

I also had an rfe and they needed evidence for 2.5 years.

Do you have any thing like ebay receipts, amazon transaction, anything shipped to you with your name and date on it?

Has anyone shipped anything to you? Maybe they have a copy in their emails. Maybe you can call companies that you ordered stuff from and have them resend you copies of order forms.

When I got my rfe i dug through my husbands and emails and found useful stuff like an order confirmation for 1800flowers that was delivered to me and I printed it out and included it in my rfe response. I also found a bill in his emails with my name on it. I also found things that he ordered for me that i forgot about.

Think hard. Their might be stuff you have that you cant remember. I had forgotten that I went to the eye doctor in 2008. I went and got a copy to include in my rfe response.

I also sent 3 notarized affidavits to go with all the new evidence that I got.

Im sending a letter from my previous employer, a letter from my former co worker, a W-2, A bill from a previous school I had attended, a letter from Medi-Cal stating I qualified for it, a copy of a magazine I was subscribed to that shows my address and date, and resending my cell phone statements which showed calls I made to my previous employer. Do u guys think this is enough?
And I just realized that when I sent my cell bill statements I just sent the first page, I didn't send the pages which had the #'s and cities...hmm

I told my employer to write it, she sent it yesterday so I haven't seen it but in the RFE it says what a letter from an employer must include, so I sent her the details.

I'm feeling that my REF will be for more every evidences at least after 2007 until now. I will know exactly what it is when I receive the letter but I already started working to put the evidences together.

I have a couple of questions and I would appreciate if someone could help me with that.
Is it OK to send a huge package with evidences? I have paystubs and bank statement with all the transactions that I made since 2007 until now for every single month, and since I only use my debit card to buy things I pretty much have transactions on every single day since 2007. Is it will be enough ? Is it a problem to have a ruge like 200 pages evidence package? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! and also I'm doing a evidence summary page to put in front of every single one to make easy to them to found the dates of the evidences

Send as much eveidence as you can, but more importantly, make sure the evidence that you send covers what the RFE is asking for.

Do you have anything such as a a Paypal account, amazon account? Have you ordered anything from any online sites? Has anyone shipped anything to you?

You can also send some affidavits to go along with your evidence.

Your RFE might not even be asking for evidence maybe something simple. For example someone got an RFE for having a Spanish document in their package.

thanks alot!! I have alot of evidences and im going to make a ruge package just to be on the safe side!! im going to make a affidavits letter from my mom.
