how long does it take to get approve after they receive the rfe?

My case was never updated from the time i sent my RFE till the day i was approved so i wouldn't worry about it. and if you call they'll just say that it can take up to 30 days for them to update that they received it but maybe it's worth a try when i called it'd been 10 days since USPS said they delivered it there and after i hung up with the representative literally 5 seconds later i got the approval texts/emails.

Yes I did call them up and they don't tell me anything. They just said that they have no control over who updates the system and they can't give me any information on my case either.

Really what's the point of having a phone number when no one ever has any answers!

I was approved today at exactly 8:30! Thanks for everything guys, Thanks for the support. I've been praying for so long about this I'm finally approved. Excited much. DO NOT LOSE HOPE!

Guys, bad news for me, My RFE is asking for evidance from june07 to jan08. All i could find was sprint bills with call history for every month they are asking and 2 notarzied letters from family members. I don't have nothing else, and i feel like its not enough. ughh

sorry to hear that, make sure you look for evidence everywhere

bank statements, facebook wall, gym membership, online purchases, paypal, ebay
