No kids yet. We're going to go with the medical well being route.

That's what we went with. We had friends, family, coworkers write letters too. We do not have children and my husband is relatively healthy however all the small reasons as a whole was enough for proof of burden. We also had the guidance of a lawyer that helped put everything together.

They're called letters of support. Ask your spouse's family and friends to write letters of support on your case. In their own words, they should mention:

- A little bit about them
- What their relationship is to your spouse and you
- How do they think your spouse will suffer if you were to leave the US for 10 years. Or, if your spouse were to move outside the US with you for 10 years.
