well, i got my denial letter from uscis. it says that "YOU HAVE NOT ESTABLISHED THAT YOU HAVE CONTINOUSLY RESIDED IN THE USA SINCE JUNE 2007, UNTIL THE DATE O F FILLING YOUR REQUEST.

Im tkinking in reapply again. but im undecided.

What did you originally provide as proof? Did you do a self-file?

I sent bank stamens, electricity bills, school transcript and for the year 2007 I just sent the taxes. I filled it myself.

Kinda scary.... I was asked for 2010 evidence.... sent taxes... bills..... and asked my bank to send me statements for the whole 2010 year so I sent proof for every month.... they received my RFE July 1st..... I hope it was enough...... Hang in there ppl. .... I've been waiting almost a year.... it's tough but I'm hoping its worth the wait....

Maybe that's why. I mean, people have been approved with less, but you might have gotten someone a bit more strict. I hope what I send is enough. :-|
