Got hit with a RFE today *sigh* I still have to wait for the physical letter though. How long does it usually take to get to you?

I hope not, it sucks. I got the email that my case was updated and I thought I had gotten approved but nope. Any news on your end?

It does seem like they are hitting the last of the 2012 people with rfe's after making them wait for almost 8 months. I seem people with much less evidence than me or people who committed misdemeanors get approved, and I have a clean record.

Hey guys woke up this morning and checked my status and will be receiving and RFE. I'm an October 24th applicant California center and thought my case was pretty straight forward I guess not. To be honest this is frustrating and got me a little worried at the same time because if they don't like what I send I could be denied and that would be devastating. Anyways just letting you all know and it's also nice to see forums like this because it also lets me know I'm not alone even though it feels like it a lot of the times.
